Kathleen Dean is an experienced conference and marketing specialist with a diverse international background spanning education, global marketing, and event coordination. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Leadership and Development from Springfield College, Massachusetts, and a Master of Education from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania, USA.
Kathy began her career in higher education, serving in key administrative roles including Director of International Student and Scholar Affairs at Lehigh University and Assistant Dean of Students at Chatham Women’s College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her work in these roles strengthened her expertise in leadership development, stakeholder engagement, intercultural communication, and programme management.
Internationally, Kathy brings broad professional experience, having served in special needs support at the secondary school level in Hong Kong, contributed to the global marketing of sustainable products, and assisted in conference coordination in Malaysia. Her unique blend of marketing insight, international exposure, and event management experience enables her to contribute effectively to strategic planning, audience engagement, and high-quality conference delivery.
