Kathleen Dean has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Leadership and Development from Springfield College in Massachusetts and a Masters of Education from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania USA.

Her early career was spent largely in University administrative positions, most specifically as the Director of International Student and Scholar Affairs at Lehigh University and as Assistant Dean of Students at Chatham Women’s College in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.

Internationally, Kathy has worked in a variety of fields including special needs support at the Secondary school level in Hong Kong, marketing of sustainable goods globally and assisting in conference coordination here in Malaysia.
